Tunde Laniya, better known by his stage name 2ic. He was born in Mkar-Borno, Borno State. From early age he had an interest in music, which motivated him to produce more from different genre of songs.

Why I Recorded This Album

I've always been fascinated by other people and their habits. The little things that make each person unique from another. Things like what they eat, wear, the places they visit and who they hang out with. And I'm a storyteller at heart, so it would be an understatement to say that the album covers everything from the lows of living in an underdeveloped region, to the highs of finally being able to raise your family there.
